I'm a Software Engineering graduate from Tampere University of Applied Sciences. After finishing my degree, I started working with powerful AI tools that could genuinely help small businesses — answering customers, booking appointments, handling repetitive questions around the clock.
The problem was that most business owners — salon owners, real estate agents, clinic managers, retailers — didn't have the time or technical knowledge to set these tools up themselves. That's exactly where I come in.
